• Marriott Hotel – 338 west 36th St – Omnibuild - At this 26 story Marriott Hotel, we installed mechanical systems which include, energy recovery units, ceiling hung heat pumps, roof top units, boilers, primary cooling towers and a secondary condenser water system.

• 12 East 13th Street, New York, NY – Titanium Construction - We installed heating and cooling systems throughout this luxury condominium building.

• Soho Towers – J.M Hailey - Complete heat pump installation including units and duct work. All chillers and mechanical systems.

• Kasmin Gallery – 293 10th Ave, New York, NY – David Silverstien - All mechanical piping and duct work. Including setting and hanging units.

The Grand at Sky View Park

Queens, New York, NY

Noble Construction

At Sky View Park in Queens, we installed heating and cooling systems throughout three 17 story luxury towers. The project includes furnishing and installing of 1500 heat pumps, ERU’s for all apartments and common areas and a kitchen exhaust system and general exhaust system per tower.

Two Trees

At the Domino Sugar Factory, we installed a state-of-the-art VRF Air Conditioning System throughout two luxury rental towers that sit on a three-story podium. The project includes air handlers, high efficiency boilers, ERU’s, a co-generation plant, an ice melting radiation system for the outside patios and entrances and a carbon monoxide exhaust system for the parking garage.

Embassy Suites

60 West 37th Street, New York, NY

We have furnished and installed mechanical systems for 300 guest rooms and amenity spaces in this 42-story luxury brand hotel. The project includes energy recovery units, heat pumps, rooftop units and cooling towers.

Time Square Construction

For this ground-up 36 story luxury condominium we installed state-of-the-art water cooled VRF systems and built-up mechanical rooms.

Moxy Hotel, New York, NY

Magnetic Builders/Lightstone Group

We have installed a complete heat pump system in this 600 plus room luxury hotel. Our work included a complete infrastructure with cooling towers, heat exchangers, boilers primary and secondary pumps and complete BMS system. We also installed a complete mechanical fit-out for all amenity spaces including a full commercial kitchen.

In these pre-war apartment buildings converted into luxury condominiums, we installed state-of-the-art mechanical systems including ductwork, piping, built-up mechanical rooms, boiler rooms, prefabricated MER’s, rooftop units and cooling towers.

We installed these massive air handlers in the roof of Amneal Pharmacuticals. Curbs and units were rigged to roof and set by our outstanding sheetmetal team. The units were set and tied into the new duct then ran out through out the building.
